Bad service in Spanish.

I call to pay my bill and the girl who answer the call was Monse in the Spanish Department, I was nice with her because I liked her name. Then she asked me how she can help me and I told her I have a bill and wanted to pay, she asked me in which name was the account but I did not remember and told her that the bill was under my name and she kept asking me in which name was and in a tone like I was stupid or lying and told her if she wanted the ZipCash ID and she repeated: I don't know if you are not listening to me, in which name is the account.

so I hang up on her. Regardless on whish name the account is I am authorized to talk about the account or make payments.

She needs to be train better to treat customers well. I do not wish to talk to her anymore as she made me feel like I was stupid.

Worst customer service ever!

North Texas Tollway Authority - Worst customer service ever!

If I could give them no stars, I would. When you get a customer service agent that talks over, will not listen and offers no help, something is wrong!

The first CS agent was friendly and super knowledgeable, she sent me to the Texas DMV who provided me the information needed on a truck that was sold in April 2022 but still get ZipCash invoices for. The DMV gave me the information for NTTA but the second agent refused to verify stating I needed to go back to the DMV. Someone that lazy & rude cant be meeting any KPI metrics for customer service.

I cant go back and forth from McKinney to Plano on the incorrect advice from a lazy CS agent and Im not going to get caught up in a battle between the NTTA & Texas DMV. I can only hope someone does something about Jemimai but I have a feeling its not going to happen.

What a scam of a company and a tragic one to befall on Texas Citizens. If only in the 70s we stood up to this.

Not to mention how great it would be if everyone in this state collectively stopped paying in protest. I dont mind paying toll fees if its for the betterment of society. But this is garbage! The whole structure is!

A company that doesnt lose money, but constantly earns. Has the incentive to NOT give people notices about late toll fees, so they can charge you extra fees.

Gen Z, millennials, you are the last hope for America. Stand up to this as the Baby boomers and Gen X tear themselves apart! Question everything.

Resist the system. Death to monopolies!

On Saturday Jan. 6th I called NTTA to report I never received a toll tag that I purchased.

The tag was to be canceled & another one sent out to me. When I call today to make a payment towards the tag, I'm told the rep I spoke with Saturday removed the vehicle from the account!!! That was not my request to have the vehicle removed but to have another tag sent out. This was truly an error on NTTA's part but instead of them taking accountability & owning their mistake they throw all types of *** back to the customers as if it were our mistake.

Now you have to jump through a 1000 *** hoops to correct the *** they messed up!! This is a real piece of *** of an organization!! There is nothing uniform or structured about this company!! It's always a hassle dealing with these people especially when they just brush off their own mistakes onto the customers!!!

Someone needs to look into their business dealings, as they seem to not put their paying customers first at all!! There is no diligence nor integrity put into action when it comes to correcting their own mistakes!!

Please here about class action suits that may have been filed against NTTA. The way they deal with customers needs to be seriously & quickly addressed.

Sending us a bill that isn't ours.

We have called a number of times and talked to people who said they would take care of the problem. The picture of the vehicle is of a truck with a plate with the same number that our car has on it. The Illinois plate we have is completely different then the one in the picture. We are so tired of getting a bill for something we DO NOT owe.

Very rude, don't care about you or your time. Was on phone over 45 minutes to resolve something that should have taken less than 5 minutes. Had a $12.06 zip cash bill on a new car that we paid through our toll tag account and added the new car to the account. NTTA said we didn't pay the 12.06, then added fees, and said we needed to pay the fees. After 45 min they finally dropped the $50 in fees.

NTTA is unethical in every regard. I use DFW prepaid parking regularly and it is very common to get double billed by NTTA. It is common for me that this is anywhere from $650 to $1,200. Getting a refund from NTTA for their mistake is next to impossible. NTTAs policy is a minimum of 35 days to initiate a refund if at all. NTTA is a crooked organization that has State of Texas oversight. Governor Abbot has an individual appointed by him to oversee the operations of NTTA. This will be a major consideration for me come election time.

While traveling I called NTTA and informed NTTA that we were moving and would no longer be using our sticker. Since 40.00 was charged against my account on 11/3, I call to get it refunded. I spoke to your representative and she assured me it would be refunded along with the fund remaining in my account. I tried to call on line to see why it hasnt been refunded as yet, but since my account is now closed.

User's recommendation: I received an immediate response the following day. They told me the return to my account would take 60 days. That seems a little long but at least I did get a response. So I'll be waiting to see if it shows up in my bank in January. I do believe using this website got me an immediate response.

$1187 after 6 months and no notification

NTTA sends out a bill which includes statements from THE LAST SIX EIGHT MONTHS. They never once reached out to me about the card not going through the first time.

So, it failed to charge my card once and stopped charging it PERIOD.

What a slap in the face to send me a zipcash bill for $1794, and then when I call to deal with it, the customer service rep asks me, so which would you like to pay, the toll tag amount (1187) or the zipcash amount? Excuse me?? Wtf do you think?? And to make it worse, if I didnt pay it in full, and made payments toward it, they still wouldnt waive late fees.

GREAT customer service yall!

NTTA made 1 billion off toll fees in 2022 ALONE.

Practically thievery from hard working americans. I hope your *** roads collapse and no one ever gives you another dime, because youll never get a penny more from me.

I got a toll tag when I bought my Camaro in 2021. I paid for the tag.

I assumed they were going to send me a bill. When the finally got a bill it was over a thousand dollars! How come you it be that much just going from Preston to 114 five days a week? I called several times to try to get them to explain.

I got four different stories. One guy said it does cost that much for the tollway in that short of distance. Another person told me that was for my paper tags. Another person told me that maybe someone else is driving my car.

Another person said something about tolls and zip cash. What is the difference? And why did they all tell me don’t different stories that made no sense? So I went to NTTA and tried to get them to explain.

The girl just looked at the computer and said that’s what I owed. I asked for a print out of all the tolls and they refused to give me one! They would not show me in black and white why I owed so much. Finally after arguing with them they threatened me telling me they would tow my car if I didn’t pay that balance.

So I had to pay over a thousand dollars and this was only for a few months of having my car. Now….. I just received a bill that was sent to my EX HUSBANDS HOUSE….. which I haven’t lived there since 2019.

And it was a collection agency saying I owed the NTTA $58.00 for my paper tags. Supposably that was what the over a thousand was for!! And why would they send it to his house since I haven’t lived there since 2019 and didn’t get my car till 2021?

They’re crooks and it’s all a scam. They just keep trying to steal money from me!
